He is trained in the latest second-generation energy rating software - First Rate 5 and accredited with the latest Superior Energy Rating certificate; Superior Energy Rating has prepared energy compliance reports for all types of buildings and designs, in all types of climates. We offer valuable, unbiased advice, and assistance to ensure your project goals are achieved with a minimum of fuss and a minimum of expenditure.

This includes preparing all paperwork required to gain your energy efficiency rating, modeling and working on your plans to demonstrate the proposed building’s efficiency and completion of all documentation required to satisfy relevant authorities within three working days. Looking over your building plans, we are also able to make suggestions that can potentially help you complete the work for less.
